About

Catapult Industry Inc. is the social enterprise arm of Outflow Ministry. We created it to respond to a need shared by many of the people we meet. These are people who want to work and who will be able to take the next step in their lives when they begin to work. Something stops them from working, however. This something takes the opportunity for change away from people. The purpose of Catapult is to give that opportunity back. It gives an opportunity to learn how to work. It gives an opportunity to be workers. It gives an opportunity to make a change.

Steps Towards Hope

One of the challenges that people in our community can face is chronic unemployment. They want to work and may have even worked in the past because they see employment as a key piece to their story about how they broke out of a cycle of poverty. The problem they face is that they need to learn how to work because they never had the opportunity to do so.  Catapult for Training and employment creates this opportunity.

Providing the Tools For Opportunity

We provide people with a supportive environment to develop skills, to learn what habits are needed for success in any type of workplace, and to gain confidence. Our goal at Catapult Training and Employment is to help people take their first steps into the workforce.
